At Knot A Breast we offer more than just a chance to learn dragon boating. It’s an opportunity to be part of something special. If you have been diagnosed and treated for breast cancer and are ready to reconnect with your strength and resilience – join us. Whether you’ve never picked up a paddle before, nor have been part of a team, we welcome everyone with a breast cancer diagnosis.
Our team practices on the water of Hamilton Bay from May – October, but our commitment to wellbeing continues year round. During the off season, we focus on dry-land training, strength conditioning and overall fitness to stay in top shape for the next season and as a tool in our ongoing fight against cancer.
